These Terms & Conditions apply to all purchases made through The Gym Equipment website. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms outlined below.

Our products consist primarily of commercial gym equipment, including used, refurbished, and new items. Due to the nature of this equipment, some orders require preparation or refurbishment prior to delivery.

Product Condition

Most equipment sold through our store is pre-owned commercial gym equipment unless otherwise stated.

While we aim to accurately represent all items through descriptions and photographs, minor cosmetic wear consistent with commercial use may be present.

Where applicable, machines may be serviced, cleaned, or refurbished prior to dispatch.

Lead Times

Because many machines are prepared to order, the following lead times apply:

  • Machines not requiring refurbishment: up to 28 days

  • Machines requiring refurbishment: up to 48 days

These lead times begin once full payment has been received.

Lead times may vary depending on stock location, workshop scheduling, and transport availability.

Shipping & Delivery

Shipping costs are not included in the product price unless explicitly stated.

After purchase:

  1. Our team will arrange a shipping quote based on your location and delivery requirements.

  2. Shipping will then be invoiced separately prior to dispatch.

Shipping costs can fluctuate based on factors such as:

  • Freight availability

  • Fuel costs

  • Time of year

  • International logistics conditions

Because of this, final shipping costs are calculated closer to the dispatch date. However, we are happy to provide rough shipping estimates prior to purchase upon request.

International Orders

We ship worldwide.

Buyers are responsible for any:

  • Import duties

  • Customs charges

  • Local taxes

  • Clearance fees

These charges are determined by the destination country and are not controlled by us.

Payment

All orders must be paid in full before preparation or dispatch begins.

We accept payment through the checkout methods available on our website. For larger commercial orders, alternative payment arrangements may be available upon request.

Returns

Due to the nature of commercial gym equipment, all sales are generally considered final unless otherwise agreed in writing.

If an item arrives significantly different from the description or damaged in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs and details.

We will work with you to resolve the issue.

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be cancelled before preparation or refurbishment work has begun.

Once preparation or refurbishment has started, cancellation may not be possible due to labour and parts already allocated to the order.

Product Availability

Our inventory moves quickly and some machines may be sold across multiple sales channels including our website, eBay, and direct sales.

In rare cases where an item becomes unavailable after purchase, we will contact you immediately to offer:

  • A replacement

  • A similar alternative

  • A full refund
